Bolsonaro needs his equivalent to John Kelly, the chief of staff Trump appointed after 6 months - and started to turn his govt around by distancing family members, firing Steve Bannon (ironic, I know) & generally imposing greater - if never perfect - discipline on the boss
Yes I know Heleno is already there as the wizened retired general (as Kelly) in the shadows. But this person may need a role like Casa Civil - similar to Palocci in early Dilma days (though preferably without the criminality)
I don’t think this will happen soon. It took Trump 6 months and a historically low approval rating in mid 30s (despite great economy) to recognize the need for a different style. He reportedly hated the order Kelly imposed but it helped save his govt
