1) The duplicity of Liberal Leavers
Was reminded today of the #Brexit group I have the most disdain for, after I thought they had largely disappeared - the Liberal Leavers, the brexit supporters who wanted the "Norway" option

Why? because they have a shoddy attitude to democracy

2) Essentially this was the sequence of events they wanted to bring about - and apparently still are:

a) Have a vote on Leave or Remain - use *all* Leave supporters to secure the Leave vote
b) Abandon those Leave voters and use Remainers to secure Norway (or now Norway+)

3) the fact that most Leave voters probably hate Norway (or Norway+) and would feel stitched up by "Remoaners" and abandoned doesn't bother them a jot, they've served their purpose. Nor does it bother them that they are in a minority that want Norway in the first place

4) Firstly Leavers are manipulated to get the Leave vote & then bruised remainers used to get the Norway option. They've been trying it for 3 years & shamelessly call it "compromise".

If you like analogies - Liberal Leavers are "Libby" in this fable
