UK is instead relying on US special forces to speak to ISIS suspects & pass info back to Britain. None of the Brits @rafsanchez or I have interviewed have been spoken to by MI6, but have been asked specific questions by Americans about recruitment in UK telegraph.co.uk/news/2019/03/3…
