A few observations about the affidavit:

* It's dated December 2017, pre-indictment, seeking arrest warrant and criminal complaint.
* Appears to be based mostly (if not wholly) on Manning-"NF" chat logs that have been publicly known since 2011
* FBI: "NF"=Assange
Prosecutors have long believed "NF" to be an Assange pseudonym in these chats, short for "Nathaniel Frank."

The hearing of #MAGABomber Cesar Sayoc is about to begin. Sayoc is trying to walk back his guilty pleas from March, when he admitted that he knew the 16 pipe bombs he mailed could have hurt people.

Sayoc admits that he mailed the packages, but in two handwritten messages from jail, he now disputes this statement he made: "I was aware of the risk that it would explode."

Bernie’s campaign manager Faiz Shakir used to be an editor at ThinkProgress, which published the articles this letter is complaining about.

Is he suggesting that ThinkProgress is a mouthpiece of CAP, or even more to the point, should be ideologically corrected by it?
To be clear, I’m not commenting here on CAP, ThinkProgress or the Bernie campaign, whatever views anyone holds about them institutionally.

The premise of this letter, however, seems to be not only that CAP calls the shots at ThinkProgress, but that it should, more favorably.
That’s... not how firewalls work.

On Monday, in a memo published to the FCC website, chair Ajit Pai admitted “half-million comments” on net neutrality were “submitted from Russian e-mail addresses.” Pai had earlier denied Russian involvement. @theweeklylist.org
The memo also indicated thatover half of the almost 22 million comments came from phony, temporary, or duplicate email addresses, and reportedly only 17.4% of the comments were unique.
