Thanks for visiting us @ketanvaria it was interesting to learn a little of the history of #TRIZ, and especially to get the chance to try it out with your Service Design variation of the prompts. 
We got 20 minutes in our exercise, and had pretty varied interests and backgrounds. Even in this quick try out we could see how these #TRIZ prompts had us thinking more widely around our problem, even if we thought they was an obvious solution
As always, it's the people in the room that made this another great session - with the chance to talk before and after.
We had to scramble to change venues yesterday evening - thanks to @Spectrum_IT for finding, booking and sponsoring the room for us at the last minute, and even rearranging the furniture for us! Ian, Lauren, team 💐 thank you!
