The volatile weather of spring is a good reminder of how important federal funding for science and research is. Where would we be without the @NWS to keep an eye on the sky for us? We'd be literally caught out... 1/n
So as I watch the sky turn from sunny to ominous, I'm writing my senators and representative, asking them to raise the appropriations cap and support robust federal funding for science. Here's what I wrote and sent, made easy by @resistbot: 2/
