Our @CoalitionGoodGv oral arguments re: the Lt. Governor's election contest before the GA Supreme Court are scheduled for 10am May 7. The court is open to the public:

3/ The GA Supreme Ct. does not hear the facts and retry the case. They review whether the Trial Court erred in dismissing the case. We believe that there were many serious errors by the Court, and a new trial is merited. …altionforgoodgovernance.sharefile.com/d-sdf406446d49…

2/ The SOS says --"don't worry, you don't need to look . We tested those machines, and the numbers say that our fellow Republican won. And BTW, we and we alone program and control the machines."
3/ Fulton County and Gwinnett County say, "Yes, sir, yes sir!" Their county taxpayers are paying scores of thousands of $$ in legal fees to fight transparency. Q: Why are the voters okay with this? Why are they not squawking and telling the county to find out what happened?

2/ DHS is now scrutinizing such BMD systems to determine whether "risk can be managed." Why buy something risky, that cannot be audited?

Unnerved by the Mueller report pg 50 reminding us how vulnerable the voting systems are? Why aren't we citizens acting to ensure the security of our elections? This is ONE area that we can control. Reminder from March 2018. See thread. usatoday.com/story/opinion/…
2/ It's easy to assume that the state, or Congress will take care of ensuring OUR elections. We forget the tension that exists between those elected under an unreliable system and their desire to change the system. "The system elected me. Proves it's a good system."
3/ Using GA as example--where we KNOW that there were massive voting system problems, --all predictable--and unauditable results,--while hand. marked paper ballots COULD have been used to avoid it---did voters get engaged enough to try to secure their elections? No. But why?

It couldn’t be any clearer what Republicans in states like GA and TX are doing. They are purposely undermining voting rights for Black and Latino Americans. Here’s how they’re doing it:
1. #GA Republicans are holding up the voter registration of 53,000, mostly Black people. The state’s Secretary of State Brian Kemp who oversees the voting roll is in a race for governor against Democrat @StaceyAbrams: nbcnews.com/politics/elect…
2. Florida has barred ex-felons who have completed their sentences from voting in the state denying 1.5 million people the right to vote. A referendum on the ballot in November would restore voting rights to these people: nytimes.com/2018/09/26/mag…

There is a predictable pattern when people who think they've been sneaky realize that they're caught.

Uptempo communications. Mistakes. Accidental or subconscious confessions.
This goes for countries, politicians, attorneys, financiers, pharmacists.

Very few knew the whole game and even THEY are scared now.

Those who didn't know the game are starting to realize that to which they are inexorably connected.

As @Dry_Observer says, it will cascade.
