1. Mueller was actually pretty clear with what he thinks about Trump and obstruction but had to dance on the head of a pin to respect certain conventions.

I don’t have to so I’ll just state it plainly: Mueller thinks Trump is guilty of obstruction of justice

2. Mueller says that it’s not fair for him to say Trump is guilty of obstruction because of the DOJ policy against indicting a sitting president. So if Mueller said it there is not process for Trump to defend himself (i.e. a trial)

3. But Mueller says that if he believed Trump had NOT committed obstruction he would say. And Mueller is NOT saying that.

So as a matter of grammar & logic it’s clear Mueller thinks Trump is guilty of obstruction.

He just doesn’t think it’s appropriate for him to say explicitly

4. Mueller also lays out multiple independent sets of evidence that prove obstruction, in many cases with no exculpatory evidence or theories

So we don’t have to pretend this is some kind of mystery
