1. @RudyGiuliani you should read 52 USC 30121(a)(2). Accepting, receiving or soliciting foreign contributions including in kind contributions is crime. Mueller punted but that doesn't mean @TheDemocrats have to in 2021 when he can be charged. Plus it's an impeachable high crime.

3. @SpeakerPelosi @RepJerryNadler @RepJeffries you folks should tee up the @FEC complaint. If you're not going to impeach you need to bury Trump with more investigations. He's making threats to investigate because he's scared. That's always his tell: Attacks out of fear.
