1. @RudyGiuliani you should read 52 USC 30121(a)(2). Accepting, receiving or soliciting foreign contributions including in kind contributions is crime. Mueller punted but that doesn't mean @TheDemocrats have to in 2021 when he can be charged. Plus it's an impeachable high crime.
2. Here is a page from a 2017 WDNY case that addresses the statute. Trump can be charged but under 30109(a)(1) "Any person" can bring a complaint in the FEC to force an investigation that could prove more facts that could make a criminal conspiracy charge. Page from WDNY charge in Pigeon case.
3. @SpeakerPelosi @RepJerryNadler @RepJeffries you folks should tee up the @FEC complaint. If you're not going to impeach you need to bury Trump with more investigations. He's making threats to investigate because he's scared. That's always his tell: Attacks out of fear.

2. enforcement officer any truthful information relating to the commission or possible commission of any Federal offense, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both."

And the lawyers who conspire to do it get the same punishment. See 1513(f).
3. And Fun Fact: It's another RICO predicate and enhances proof of the continuity element needed to prove the "pattern of racketeering" element. Trump is now just like the Mafia. Except for publishing witness threats on @Twitter. That's new.

1. If we impeach Trump for obstruction the GOP can claim that it was just the way he operates as President. We know it's baloney but that's what they will do. Impeach him for treason and make them say that's okay. The goal isn't to destroy Trump. We can do that at the 2020 polls.
2. The goal is to destroy the Kremlin front group @GOP totally. Make the members have to flee to Argentina. They betrayed us to the enemy. Never let them off the hook. Have 1,000 demonstrators follow the 2020 @SenateGOP everywhere with traitor signs. Make them own it.
3. Here are the Twitter account and states of the 2020 @SenateGOP @TheDemocrats @TomPerez needs to get a Democrat to run against every 2020 GOP senators. Female veterans are my choice. Whoever it is has to be willing to call their opponent a traitor. From most to least vulnerable

1. Did Trump knowingly "receive" Russian help in 2016 election? If the answer is yes then he violated 52 USC 30121 and Muller is a liar. And the so-called legal experts on @MSNBC should go back to billing hours and stop pretending to be experts. Read 30121 @maddow @Lawrence.

(2) a person to solicit, accept, or receive a contribution or donation described in subparagraph (A) or (B) of paragraph (1) from a foreign national.
It says "receive." Mueller didn't even mention "receive" "accept" or "solicit."
3. Mueller pulled the sleight of hand by focusing on foreign conduct & then saying there was no conspiracy to engage in that conduct. He completely blew off the 30121(a)(2) re US person conduct. You all got played folks. @SpeakerPelosi @RepJerryNadler @RepAdamSchiff @RepJeffries
