Judge Sabraw recently ordered that the Ms. l. v. ICE Class does cover this timeframe. The first step is for the government to identify the kids.

Much confidence in Commander White to complete the work as quickly as possible & flag any obstacles. Progress reports every 3 wks. Lists will be delivered to ACLU and their team on a rolling basis.
