Well any credible list of the best WW2 generals would include Rommel. You do understand that when we say “best” we don’t mean “most morally upstanding,” right? This is about military prowess.
It’s pretty flabbergasting to see all these replies shouting “well would you put a NAZI on a list of best WW2 generals????” Uh, yes I would. As any person with any familiarity with the subject would.
I think Michael Jackson was a child abusing scumbag. But if I was to rank the best pop stars in history, it would be absurd to leave him off the list. He was a great performer and singer yet an awful wretch of a person. There’s a lot of that kind of dynamic throughout history.
