This is Anas Sarwar's account of Labour's process in dealing with the case - after 15 months of waiting, he was apparently given four days notice of the hearing...and then told he couldn't appear as a witness because he hadn't given two weeks notice, so the case was chucked out extract from statement
This presumably is why Richard Leonard's spokesman said yesterday that he "has concerns about the disciplinary process, how properly resourced it is, and whether it delivers fairness to both sides"
Here's Labour's comment on the Anas Sarwar case; it "takes all complaints extremely seriously".

Understand party's position is that evidence from both sides presented at NCC hearing *in writing* - AS complaint was about "verbal evidence" - and that proper processes were followed statement from Labour
