They will NOT treat your children differently. They will blatantly ignore a multitude of child data protection laws around the world by not asking for your EXPRESS and EXPLICIT consent to scan and catalog your child's face.

They will not tell you if the digital signature that is your face is encrypted in transit to the server cluster. They will not tell you if the digital signature that is your face is encrypted at rest. They will not provide a SOC II, ISO 27001, or Article 30 report.

But when the @TSA agent insists... feel free to tell them to fuck right the fuck off. And keep a copy of the SCOTUS decision of City of Houston vs. Hill for the occasion. No matter what, though - DO NOT give them a facial scan.
