3. Where once worldwide investors parked their $ in US stock market because of strength of fairness and security laws, now with GOP in control, the US has lax regulations allowing oligarchs to maximize their holdings thru corruption.
4. US politicians like McConnell are all too excited to accept bribes to their PACs to make corrupt gain by oligarchs even easier. Sometimes, they may even get a plant built in their state (see Derispaska building aluminum plant in Kentucky).
5. The world autocrats make sure that the US population is kept passive thru minimum disruption of daily life, but any major advancement in technology or medicine remains ripe for harvesting for China and others. Russia needs US technology to drill for Arctic oil.
6. The authoritarians look at US like a whale kill where the blubber and whale oil and whale meat will serve their dictator club community for a long time. Eventually, they exhaust the resources of the US but they will ride this as long as they can.
