Also I hate the idea that not having sex is a punishment for men but not for women - I like sex! Why should I deprive myself of it?

The idea of a #SexStrike - where sex is something men seek and women withhold - is the same regressive model of sexuality that Republican men use to legislate! No thanks.
Also a big part of the reason GOP men want to ban abortion is because they hate the idea of women having non-married, non-procreative sex! If anything we should be doing more fucking!

I get being defensive when people don't like your big idea, but these kinds of responses - to seasoned activists, no less - are really frustrating.
Like, telling the founder of Bitch magazine and a woman who takes on the fucking NRA that they're cool with women going to jail for abortion because they don't like her idea is wack as hell
Help women in Georgia by supporting the activists who are already there doing the work. Abortion funds & orgs like @MagnoliaFund & @ARC_Southeast are good places to start.
