Trump's bizarro shell game with Storage 106 has continued on in his 2019 disclosures.

Storage 106 LLC is a shell entity Trump set up in January of 2017, and for the past two years he's been using it to shuffle around millions of dollars, for no explained purpose.
Last year, Storage 106 suddenly had assets of $5-25 million. This year, it has none. All its real estate holdings have been transferred somewhere.
Storage 106's only assets appeared to be 40 storage units that Trump Palace/Parc LLC had transferred to Storage 106 in 2017, for $0.

But what was so weird is that, even though Trump P/P just gave away all of those assets, its own value didn't change.
Last year, Trump Palace/Parc's value was $1-5 million. This year? It's $5-25 million. The same range that Storage 106 was in before it gave away all its assets.

Where did that $5-25M come from? Why does it apparently keep getting shuffled around between Storage 106 & Trump P/P?
Trump Palace/Parc had owned those units since 1996. Then in January 2017, Trump P/P transferred the storage units to the newly-created Storage 106 LLC, and then a year later, in March 2018, Storage 106 transferred all those units back to Trump P/P.
What's magical about this is that in 2015, when Trump Palace/Parc owned the units, their total value was listed as $250K-$500K.

But after shuffling those units through Storage 106 and back again, the value of the units somehow pushed Trump P/P's total value to $5-25 million!
In other words: either Trump was able to increase the value of his real estate holdings by *a minimum* of 900% simply by transferring the assets from one LLC to another and back again, or there's a lot more to the story going on here that's not being disclosed.
