Something may be lost in translation, but this is the key section. Customs. Apparently these are four different options, but they look like one option packaged four ways. In all of which we seem to get a say on EU trade policy and have our own... 
As I've said before there's no reason we can't negotiate an agreement with the EU that includes a Customs Union and services access akin to an FTA. But that's not a simple negotiation and the constraints will be real. Not off-the-shelf.
This part is single market minus, basically the closest possible relationship once you remove freedom of movement. But to be clear that also means we're aligning in huge areas of regulation, but presumably with even less say than Norway.
As has been said elsewhere, it is one small step on from the Chequers proposals of last summer. But still without really admitting the complexities, constraints and choices we face in a negotiation. And until Gov and Labour do, Farage no-deal simplism will win
