What a wholly bizarre claim from Enron John Arnold to justify his opposition to the Trump administration proposal to require drug rebates to be passed on to seniors.

Patient groups and almost everybody else who has looked at this issue support the reform of requiring rebates to be passed on to seniors instead of pocketed by PBMs and insurers as they are now. And Milliman showed likely behavioral responses mean this could SAVE taxpayer $.
But Arnold says CBO = game over. Their score assuming no behavioral response is impervious. Even though CBO IS ALWAYS WRONG.

This is just the latest example of the incredible outsized deference pundits, press, and politicians give @USCBO and that's why @pswagel REALLY needs to fix the place as soon as possible, especially the health division.
