Tips on how to research properly on organizational culture.

1. Look up the company on Google, be strategic with this search. Read the website, follow their digital footprints and check their social media pages.

2. Look up staff members, try to get a sense of the people who...
work there and get a feel of the workplace vibe. LinkedIn and Twitter are good platforms for this.

3. Ask insiders you know, if you don’t know them, send them a message on LinkedIn. Tell them you’re in the process of making a career decision and their advice would be helpful.
4. Your interview is also an opportunity to find out. Ask the interviewer how they celebrate new wins, employee engagement practices, workplace traditions, CSR activities, employee/management feedback and opportunities available for career advancement.

Good luck with the hunt!
