1/ How to choose a candidate
If you read the thread below, an obvious question will come to mind: "so, if they are all from slightly to very dishonest, how do we choose our candidate?

2/ First: understand why you are doing it. In other words, what is "the JOB or the CAUSE". Today, in most elections, there is just one top goal (with a hierarchical string of lower level goals): to stop the global far-right rise.
3/ The other question is "why?" => Because if enough countries fall (under the far-right rule), a reversal may not be something for our lifetime and it may have catastrophic consequences we haven't even thought of (besides the obvious catastrophes).
4/ Putting it this way it's easier to see this is not about the USA or about "loving" Kamala, Joe or Beto. It's about improving Humanity's chances of giving continuity to Civilization. Everything else is secondary.
5/ The choice becomes very easy: choose the one with the highest chance of accomplishing the job. He or she is only a tool for the job. It would be great if the D-party understood the importance of the running mate (P-VP).
