And MoveOn, you guys need better security for events like this. The devastation that would befall this country if something bad were to happen is all to imaginable.
Also, the Secret Service should be extending protection to the front runners—including several US Senators!—at least.

Honestly I am pissed and scared that security could be so lax at an event where all the Dem leading figures are there, as well as engaged citizens and the political press corps.

Yeah sure he’s a man-bun animal rights activist. But he could have been white nationalist or a deranged person and it took way way too long for security to get on that stage.
