NEWS: A small group of House Judiciary Committee members has gone to see pieces of Mueller's underlying evidence at the Justice Department.

It's the start of several visits by lawmakers who will go to DOJ in groups next week too. Unclear what exactly they get to see.
UPDATE: The first group of lawmakers to see underlying Mueller evidence includes:

-Joe Neguse
-Jamie Raskin

After seeing the documents, Rep. Deutch said they'd be "helpful" to Democratic investigations. He chided DOJ for making lawmakers go down Pennsylvania Ave. to access them rather than turning them over to Congress:
