The same people who responded to the routine, Jade Helm military exercise in 2015 as if it was the beginning of Obama’s totalitarian master plan, will be cheering in the coming weeks as armed federal agents stage coordinated raids across the country.
32% of registered Texas Republicans were concerned about Jade Helm. 50% of Tea Party affiliates were. Greg Abbot, Ted Cruz, and Louie Gohmert all gave the conspiracy theory air.
You’ll be surprised to hear that Alex Jones was heavily into the Jade Helm conspiracy in March 2015, a mere 9 months before his blockbuster interview with candidate Donald Trump where Trump complimented Jones on his great work.
Fed government headed by white president using massive force to round up brown people = cool, cool.

To stall a vote on a carbon cap bill (which will certainly pass) GOP legislators have literally LEFT THE STATE with the assistance of the III% militia, a radical right wing group that backed the Malheur occupation and is gunning for an armed civil war.
The Oregon GOP has pretty much driven itself off the right side of the political roadmap in recent years. About a year ago they invited Roger Stone to headline their state convention, and then he posed in the hotel bar with some Proud Boys.
