Under UK Law Murder requires doing something which you ought reasonably to have known would, by virtual certainty, cause grievous bodily harm or death.

More so than most policy areas, seriously harming the NHS means on balance fewer people live.

When Boris Johnson promoted Brexit (using the NHS) in 2016, doctors were already saying Brexit would harm the NHS.
BUT
The Brexit vote and the parliamentary processes since then have broken the line of causation between him and any medical consequences.

However, if Boris Johnson as Prime Minister, forces a No-Deal Brexit, against the will of Parliament, he'll be doing so, knowing that the entire UK medical community, the doctors, nurses & GPs who treat us all... are saying that it will cost many lives.
So of course I would *never* say that Boris Johnson is about to publicly commit nation-wide attempted murder on a historical scale, buuuuut...

Should it really be one rule for politicians and another rule for ordinary people?
Forget everything about how we view politics and look at it as a human being.
Almost everyone in a position to know how Brexit will affect the NHS' ability to save lives says No-Deal will severely hurt it.
Doing something you know will cost countless lives. What do you call that?

Boris Johnson is not going to present a deal that protects UK Jobs ESPECIALLY in the Labour heartlands some of these MPs claim to represent. And even if he did, most Brexit voters wouldn't like it.
So all these MPs are doing is facilitating No-Deal.

Once you realise that there was always going to be a formal relationship struck between the UK and the rest of the EU, you know that unless 17 million Brexit voters all had the same ACHIEVABLE rough idea of what they wanted it to be, there's no mandate to end our current one.
The fact that "Leave" can mean anything from the Brexit deal we've negotiated to a no-deal Brexit proves that the only mature way of interpreting the word "leave" is "have a different relationship with the EU", for which the government was not given any specific instruction.
Honestly, come at me!
The logic of the tweet above is flawless and expressed in fewer than 280 characters. So any politician or journalist who fails to communicate that to the public is either incompetent, a coward or intentionally misleading the people of the UK.

3 questions:
1️⃣Would everyone who voted Brexit in 2016 have done so if they knew we'd end up with a No-Deal?
2️⃣Would everyone who voted Conservative in 2017 have done so if they knew we'd end up with Boris Johnson as Prime Minister?
3️⃣What the hell is happening to our democracy?
Anyone who has tweet-replied "yes" to the first question is a morally vacuous liar.
The whole narrative in 2016 was that the EU need us more so we'll hold all the cards in negotiations. Convincing people to vote Brexit based on a deal, then saying they ALL voted not to have one.
Some of the replies say I shouldn't use such strong language. (see tweet Below)
In 2016, every conversation about the loss in trade Brexit would cause involved the person on the pro-Brexit side saying we'd get a trade deal (something something German cars)

The National Assembly as an arm of govt has a commission called the National Assembly Service Commission. It is an equivalent of the civil servant established by an act of parliament.
Under the law setting up the commission, there is what is called “Condition of Service” the guides the Operations and actions of every staff under the commission.

PWDV Act, 2005, gives a broad definition of what qualifies as ‘domestic abuse’. It includes physical, sexual, verbal, emotional and economic abuse. Section 3 reads:
The Act provides for a ‘Protection Officer’ to help you through various processes under the law. This Officer can help you file the complaint, tell you about your rights, make an application to the Magistrate for you, etc.
