So far not featuring in any leadership debate, what exactly is it we want for our future relationship with the EU? Three years after the referendum we evidently got bored of the question without answering it. Perhaps Johnson is the perfect symbol of this.
So, again, not only is no-deal not a destination, nor is a free trade agreement. Free trade agreements can be shallow or deep, can cover regulations or not, usually emphasise particular areas of economic interest. We keep delaying the debate...
When do we stop talking about irrelevant stuff like GATT Article 24 and start talking about what matters for the UK? Or do we need to do the "let's make a few jokes about it because we really don't have an answer" thing?
