I am devastated to hear the news of the passing of @EvaMozesKor. She was one of the kindest and bravest women I've met in my entire life. She understood the mission behind @FacesAuschwitz and supported us so much since the beginning.

My heart is broken.

Love you, @EvaMozesKor. Your story and your name will not be forgotten.

I have no words to express how grateful I am for the opportunity that I had to know her, to hear her story, and to be able to gift her with a restoration of the only picture of her beloved mother that she still had.

Eva trusted me, and trusted all of us when she decided that talking about her journey navigating through suffering, loss, pain, but above all, through love and forgiveness, would become the mission of her life.

Eva was visiting Auschwitz. She had undergone a heart surgery only a few months ago but refused to abandon her mission of raising awareness and speaking out against hate.

This is Eva and her twin sister Miriam. They were both subjected to human experimentation under Josef Mengele.
