5th Cir. has yet to join us in the 21st Century. Here are the rules for tomorrow's important ACA argument:

(1) Devices must be powered off.
(2) No blogging, tweeting, or any other contemporaneous message from the courtroom or overflow seating.
(3) Audio will be posted later.
By contrast, many courts allow simultaneous blogging, tweeting, and reporting from the courtroom—without any apparent disruption or distraction.

Several circuits provide simultaneous audio streaming. The 9th Cir. livestreams video on YouTube!
This is of obvious benefit to the press and the public in newsworthy cases.

Ya'll never would have heard about, much less seen, that viral video about child detainees and toothbrushes if not for the court providing video streaming.
So if there are any discussions of note in tomorrow's ACA arguments, well, you might hear about it. Maybe later.
