JUST IN: Another federal judge, this time in Michigan, has ruled that the legal fight over Trump's travel ban executive order isn't over, denying the govt's motion to dismiss an amended lawsuit filed post-SCOTUS assets.documentcloud.org/documents/6187… 
There was a ruling similar to this out of Maryland in May, where a judge also found that the SCOTUS decision that let the admin enforce the ban didn't foreclose all forms of litigation challenging it going forward, see: buzzfeednews.com/article/zoetil…
In Michigan, the judges noted that the plaintiffs are raising claims besides the Establishment Clause claim that SCOTUS considered, the case is in a different procedural posture, and the record is more robust
