The best strategy to deal with Hindu (esp Bong) immigrants from secular/tolerant nbrhds of Bangladesh/Pak is to postpone CAB until NRC can formally delegtimize/detain/deport "illegals" in Assam majority of whom r Hindus in the "list".
quickly activate NRC in WB where some sympathy for Bong Hindus who criminally flee BD Islamic love, may still remain& while TMC still in power as it likely prefers Bong muslim immigrants and keep hated Bong Hindus out/prevent moving frm Assam to WB.
CAB can be discreetly amended to exclude special preference for Hindus fleeing religious persecution, or making it harder for those fleeing BD - just ask for "more" proofs. Its better to slow things down on CAB side while NRC is speeded up.
