Wow.

Robert Mueller changing the job of a prosecutor from proving someone ‘Guilty beyond a reasonable doubt’ to ‘Not being able to exonerate someone accused of a crime.’

Dangerous and ridiculous.
Thus far Mueller completely contradicts what he told AG Barr about the reason not to proceed on the obstruction of justice.

He told AG Barr that the decision not to proceed was not solely based on the OLC opinion but on complicated facts in the law.
Mueller hearing becoming very confusing and sad.

Eighteen years ago pure evil attacked our shores.

That evil still exists in the world today.

We must fight it over there — working with others, so it never comes here again.
Every day I strive to see that we never sustain another 9/11, and I know many others still in the fight strive to do the same.

I will continue to work with President Trump to smartly defend our homeland against radical Islam - which exists in Afghanistan and many other places.
We will do what it takes, for as long as it takes, to make sure there are no future 9/11s.

The Inspector General’s report is a stunning and unprecedented rebuke of a former Director of the FBI.
This is the first of what I expect will be several more ugly and damning rebukes of senior DOJ and FBI officials regarding their actions and biases toward the Trump campaign of 2016.
I appreciate the time and effort Mr. Horowitz and his team spent documenting the off-the-rails behavior of Mr. Comey regarding the leaking of law enforcement materials to the media.

#1: Campaign Coordination.
The DOJ assigned him to investigate “coordination.” His report stated “‘Coordination’ does not have a settled definition in fed criminal law. We understood coordination to require an agreement—tacit or express.”
Wrong.
3/ Congress explicitly rejected such a permissive interpretation. In 2002, Congress passed a statute declaring that campaign finance regulations “shall not require agreement or formal collaboration to establish coordination,” and any knowing and willful violations are criminal.

2/ Up until this point I gave Bob the benefit of the doubt, but once it became abundantly clear that he wasn't serious about proving the underlying crime, the "DNC Hack", I knew that A) the investigation was a hoax and MOST IMPORTANTLY B) Russia Collusion could never be proven!
3/ @AndrewCMcCarthy wrote a brilliant piece in December 2017, contemplating whether Mueller could prove the "Russian hack" beyond a reasonable doubt. Indicting the 12 Russians without my aforementioned prerequisites in (1/) indicated that he never would! nationalreview.com/2017/12/russia…

Burden of Proof: a practical primer. I'm getting hecka tired of Trumpsters looking to #exonerate #Trump because the #MuellerReport didn't indict him of #collusion, #conspiracy, or #campaignfinanceviolations. This isn't a binary choice, there are levels, and Trump IS NOT at 0.
Some Evidence: The lowest level, a single piece of evidence that collusion or conspiracy occurred, though it can be explained away by other means but points the way...an undisclosed meeting with Russian officials for example.
Reasonable Indications: Considering how the motivations and circumstances line up with the presented evidence though each could be explained away by other facts. Trump's long standing interest in a #TrumpTower in #Moscow and whispers of the existence of #Russian #Compromat.

Robert Mueller has no power.
The power to remove the President is resident solely in Congress.
Everything you are seeing happen regarding the Barring of the Mueller report was as inevitable as sunrise.
Miracles always only happened long ago and far away. Never here this week.
So now that we have indulged in this theater, let's talk about actual possibilities.
The 25th Amendment is not one. It was designed for when the President has a stroke. Read it. It is *more* impossible to remove a President with the 25th Amendment than with impeachment.
Read it.
Forget all the maybes and the investigations. Forget guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Forget breaking laws.
The President of the United States has told 10,000 laws in public for the express purpose of tricking Americans into living in a dream world.

We see how he works if we look at how he ran his 2nd most important investigation as FBI Director. In Sept 2011, an entity began mailing anthrax through the USPS, hitting such prominent targets as NBC & Senator Daschle’s office. The terrorist attacks killed 5 & left others
