Okay who the hell is State #2 from the just released Senate Intelligence report on Election Interference. FBI told 3-4 counties they were breached & those counties refused help? Am I reading this correctly? #infosec #russiagate 
State 6 is Arizona ... at least based on this Threatconnect report. The use of the Acunetix scanning tool gives it away

Okay I am 95% sure State 14 is Wisconsin based on this DET timeline memo they sent out on 09-26-2017. Keep in mind for quite awhile the Walker admin claimed Wisconsin was never targeted. Read the memo closely & you will notice a couple alarming details. This isnt all of it either
Okay @soychicka is convinced State 2 is Florida. The dated correspondence does seem to match up. @soychicka has also convinced me that Arizona is actually state 4.

@soychicka And looks like @soychicka has Ohio as State 12. Given those statements match up looks pretty solid to me
@soychicka I want to know who state 10 is because they actually seemed to get it and understand how an adversary thinks. Very few people understand the "white noise" technique or "flooding the zone".
@soychicka So this where we're at with a fairly high degree of confidence. I would think Georgia should be in one of the other yet to be matched states and State 22 is certainly interesting ... given its 100% redacted.

@soychicka And @soychicka found this article which definitely matches with page 9 of the Senate Intel report. Just not sure which of the three states they are talking about
State 15 appeared to be completely clueless and really had no idea they were targeted or whether or not any breach occurred. State 17 and 21 appeared to have their "heads in the sand". And state 19 said "trust us" nothing bad happened. #infosec #russiagate

And there was this little nugget we came across back in 2017. A 2016 breach of the voter registration in Duluth Minnesota. Might explain all the Trump rallies in that area both in Duluth and Superior, WI

@DavidCornDC Here's my other concern about the scope of the Russian interference with the 2016 elections. The public FBI FLASH memo sent 2 states highlighted 8 IP addresses for them 2 search. Unfortunately the Grizzly Steppe report contains +800 IP addresses. Most states only looked at the 8
