OK, so Marianne Williamson's answer on reparations is the best of all. Sanders' support of 10-20-30 is not acceptable. He sees it is a policy promoted by a Black man so he think's it is good. It was a plot to leverage some money from Paul Ryan. Clever, not a solution.
Not one penny of the 10-20-30 money would go to a single urban area because no urban area qualifies on the county level. Hillary supported the idea, but supported it for communities, not counties, a big difference
Adopting a plan to divert current spending, no new money, to the poorest counties is a good way to help poor rural people, but does nothing for all African Americans. Bernie likes it because it helps white people.
