The only victory here - was for the ruling class.

They give what THEY want - what serves THEIR collective interests. And by utilizing spectacle - they make us believe that we are in the drivers seat - that we are winning. We're not.

This is a charade. #WakeUp

Before I get back to writing this morning, I want to expand on this important thread started last night. I want to try to articulate it a little better ... a little more.

The financing that the European Commission committed was not a concession – in response to Greta Thunberg's speech given that day, nor a response to the climate strikes orchestrated with GCCA/TckTckTck at the helm.

Here we see how reality can be made to turn on its head. Waving the magic wand of spectacle, a decision announced/finalized on September 26, 2018 w/ the World Bank et al – is turned into a victorious changing of tide for the populace.

This is not only spectacle, this social engineering coupled with behavioural economics (of fear).

Further, the "gift" announced by the president of the European Commission (before or after kissing the hand of our young Thunberg I do not know) is not a gift at all, but money fleeced from the citizens – largely from the working class.

And where – and on what will this money for "climate infrastructure" actually be spent? False solutions (CCS) & environmental nightmares (#BECCS)?

Or, seeing the European Commission, the architect of the Climate Finance Partnership – aligned with the Blended Finance Taskforce – with an imperative to build "climate infrastructure" in the Global South ...

– will this money go to toward this rebooted #colonization effort under the guise of green. Wiping out whole cultures & replacing them with new markets. Creating societies with a new & deliberate dependence on unsustainable systems, all on the foundation of a new debt economy.

The American dream in an even uglier form goes South. "Pay as you" go everything as you simply can't trust "the savages". In any case, it will be used as the leverage for high risk investments – in which the means of production will be owned by the ruling class.
