I am at a Waffle House in Fayetteville, and I was just told I "don't look like a grit man." Hey, South, why the fuck not?
Well, I was reading a book by Jo Nesbo when I placed my order, but still...
In the part of the former USSR I am from a type of grits was a national dish. I happen to like grits a lot.
But, keeping in mind that the lady who said it was black, it was probably meant as a compliment.
