I would only say this is a credible rumor. I would not say fact.

The reason i did not immediately say something was because it was so outlandish to be unbelievable and due to the sensitivity. After checking it out and having some people confirm or corroborate parts of it i would call it a credible rumor that needs to be seriously investigated.
