This really does sum up white male entitlement in a single tweet. Anything that's not about you or people like you is not just unworthy of your time, but an outright insult.

Seriously though. Imagine a black college student saying "I refuse to take this course because it would teach me about how white people experience the world and it would offend me to know that."
That would rightly be considered insane.

In fact, it's inherent privilege that white people have the option to spend their lives knowing zip about other races.
A black man who knew nothing about how white people experience the world would hit a social brick wall very quickly. Maybe even get arrested or shot by police.

The whole point of taking courses like these is to ground your understanding of the world from perspectives you didn't have before.
