BREAKING: DOJ Inspector General Releases James Comey Report!! thegatewaypundit.com/2019/08/breaki…
IG found that James Comey stored classified information at "SECRET" and "CONFIDENTIAL" level at his home.
James Comey used his personal scanner and email to transmit classified information.
Comey's actions violated Department FBI policy and his FBI employment agreement.
After Comey printed information on his personal printer, he deleted the FBI files from his personal computer.
Comey stored classified information in a "unlocked" drawer of his office desk.
James Comey admitted that he 'deleted' information 'from the FBI's unclassified system'
Lisa Page made unauthorized copies of Comey memos containing classified information after Andrew McCabe shared them with her.
Comey shared classified information from his memo's with Chuck Rosenberg, who "had no official need to know," during a unofficial meeting at James Comey's private residence.
FBI agent Pter Strzok said he uploaded classified information marked "SECRET" to the FBI's document management system *after* James Comey was fired.
"Rybicki also said (to OIG) he could not remember Comey ever indicating to him that Comey viewed the memo's as personal papers."
Six of Comey's memos, some of which contained classified information, were stored in the "reception area" outside of Comey's office.
Comey initially said his memo's were personal property, not classified FBI material, but later Comey backtracked and asked for OIG's permission to review the memos "to make sure, as [he] drafted the [his] statement and testified, that [he] didn't reveal any classified info."
Baker formed a team that included Strzok, Page, the unit chief, and himself to decide if Comey's memos were to be deemed classified.

"None of the participants kept notes"

Memos 2, 3, and 7 were marked classified by them. Comey shared two (2 & 7) of those memos marked classified
Comey said "are you guys kidding me?" to FBI agents when he saw certain information from his memos had been marked classified.
Comey admitted to OIG that "classified information in the memos existed"
When Comey was asked if he was concerned about storing and transmitting classified information in his memos, he said "Sure. Yeah."
The DOJ declined to prosecute Comey even though he violated FBI policies, and the terms of his FBI employment agreement by personally storing and transmitting classified information in an unsecure and unauthorized manner.
Comey admitted he knew memo 3 contained classified information. Comey then failed to mark the memo as classified, which was a violation of Executive order 13526, and FBI policies.
OIG: "We found it particularly concerning that Comey did not tell anyone from the FBI that he had retained copies of the (classified) memos in his personal safe at home, even when his chief of staff, the FBI's Dep. Dir., and 3 SSA's came to Comey's house..to remove FBI property."
James Comey illegally shared classified information with his lawyers without receiving "prior approval from or coordination with the FBI."
OIG: Comey failed to immediately alert the FBI of his "unauthorized disclosure of classified information."

Comey had the legal responsibility to immediately notify the FBI that he shared this info once the FBI notified him it contained classified material.
OIG: "Comey failed to live up to his responsibility. By not safeguarding sensitive information obtained during the course of his FBI employment, and by using it to create public pressure for official action, Comey set a dangerous example for the over 35k current FBI employees."
