Need to remind my friends at @MSNBC, Trump's attack on sick kids in Boston, Tongas rain forest and crazy methane rules are simply to divert you from Donald Trump as a Russian money laundering suspect in the Epstein suspicious death who is losing in every poll. @maddow @Lawrence
@MSNBC @maddow @Lawrence I understand that private bills in Congress can fix these types of immigration matters. I suggest having an immigration expert on to explore it. If I'm right put every GOP member running in 2020 to acknowledge Trump is murdering children and they could stop it but won't.
Make the GOP the simple of infanticide. Make them all into mass murderers. Let them live with that. And shove the @CatholicBishops noses in it. @Pontifex @TheDemocrats @SpeakerPelosi @maddow @Lawrence

1. Here's an interesting nugget. David Boies' firm that is suing Felix Sater, Bayrock Group and others for a variety of torts has filed an amended complaint under seal. Here's the cover letter.
2. The original claims looked like a Civil RICO case and even cited several RICO predicate offenses.

Amended complaints can be use for several purposes. You can add claims or add parties or both.
3. I wonder who connected with BayRock and Sater might be important enough to possibly rate a sealed civil RICOesque complaint? 🤔Nope. Can't think of anyone off hand. 😎

1. @MSNBC @SteveKornacki had @TIME reporter Tessa Berenson (@tcberensonto) on to address @POTUS Trump'a apparent leak of apparently classified photo. Ms. Berenson referred to, without naming, a 1988 SCOTUS case and a @BarackObama EO as authority for what Trump did being lawful.
2. I think the 1988 SCOTUS case is Department of Navy v. Egan, 484 U.S. 518 (1988) and if that is the case, it does not say the President can just hand out US secrets to our adversaries. The case involved power to grant or deny clearances that court held was reserved to

On the Obama EO, I think she may be referring to Executive Order 13526. IMO that does not support the position asserted on @MSNBC.

On Monday, in a memo published to the FCC website, chair Ajit Pai admitted “half-million comments” on net neutrality were “submitted from Russian e-mail addresses.” Pai had earlier denied Russian involvement. @theweeklylist.org
The memo also indicated thatover half of the almost 22 million comments came from phony, temporary, or duplicate email addresses, and reportedly only 17.4% of the comments were unique.
Pai also rejected two Freedom of Information Act requests filed byNYT and BuzzFeed, seeking “IP addresses” and “server logs,” respectively, associated with public comments submitted on net neutrality. @theweeklylist.org
