Not to be that guy, but Obama and both parties in Congress authorized the CIA’s Operation Timber Sycamore to spend billions of US taxpayer dollars to arm the equivalent of the Taliban in Syria. This program fueled the rise of ISIS & Al Nusra and US liberals mostly cheered it on.
