🇺🇳 UNITED NATIONS 🇺🇳
1) An in-depth look at the UN and the people who have been involved in its creation, operations, and programs.
2) The UN was founded on Oct 24th,1945 and was comprised of 51 members.
3) We'll remember from high school social studies that The League Of Nations was the failed precursor to the UN. It was unable to effectively hold off the outbreak of WWII, mostly due to its low membership and lack of authority.
4) The UN Charter was based on some rather shady writings by the likes of Helena Patrovna Blavatsky - who founded the Theosophical Society, Alice A. Bailey, and Manly P. Hall.
5) The Theosophical Society has some interesting origins and members of its own.
6) Professor Walter Veith of the University of Cape Town highlights these origins and individuals in greater detail.
7) US State Department's Alger Hiss was a major part of the creation of the UN's charter. He was convicted of being a Soviet spy and spent 44 months in prison. algerhiss.com/alger-hiss/a-b…
8) Red Chinese and Soviet Russian political figures, like Andrey Vyshinsky, were a very large part of the creation and promotion of the Charter. We was a six-time recipient of the Order of Lenin and was a staunch anti-capitalist and ardent Marxist. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrey_Vy…
9) Let's take a look at the Secretaries General and see if we can find a common theme among them.
10) Trygve Lie, a Norwegian politician, was Secretary General from 1946 - 1952. He was a socialist and communist supporter.
11) Dag Hammarskjöld was Secretary General from 1953 until his death in a plane crash in 1961. He was Secretary of the Bank of Sweden and part of a long line of political leaders dating back to the 1600's. He said this of communist leader Chou En-lai:
12) U Thant was Secretary General from 1961 to 1971. He was a self described democratic socialist. He also was an admirer of Vladimir Lenin.
13) Kurt Waldheim was Secretary General from 1972 to 1981. He was also the President of Austria from 1986 to 1992. There isn't a whole lot needs to be said abouy Kurt. He was a Nazi.
14) Javier Pérez de Cuéllar was Secretary General from 1982 to 1991 and is currently 99 years old. A Peruvian diplomat, he was a Globalist and initiated the World Commission on Environment and Development, which promoted "sustainable development". Pictured here with Waldheim.
15) Boutros Boutros-Ghali was Secretary General from 1992 to 1996. From 1974 to 1977, he was a member of the Central Committee and Political Bureau of the Arab Socialist Union. He also was quoted as saying "The time for absolute and exclusive sovereignty has passed".
16) Kofi Annan was Secretary General from 1997 to 2006. A diplomat from Ghana, he was in charge of UN Peacekeeping, but in 1994, failed to warn the UN of the impending genocide in Rwanda.
17) Audrey Azoulay, Director-General of UNESCO, said of Annan, "A great defender of peace, he was the very embodiment of peace and of a resolutely modern vision of the United Nations." We'll come back to UNESCO later in this thread.
18) Ban Ki Moon was Secretary General from 2007 to 2016. He heavily promotes the policies under Agenda 2030. He's also a huge supporter of the theory of human-caused global warming,
19) António Guterres assumed the position of Secretary General in 2017. He was the Prime Minister of Portugal from 1995 to 2002. He was Secretary General of the Socialist Party from 1992 to 2002. From 2005 to 2015, he was the UN High Commissioner for Refugees from 2005 to 2015.
20) Guterres is also the latest recipient of the Charlemagne Prize; an award given nearly annually which commemorates the Roman Emperor Charlemagne for his work in "unifying Europe". A whole thread can be devotes to the massacres he lead in that effort.
21) Let's take a look at some of the past recipients of the Charlemagne Prize. How many names do you recognize? This list is the who's-who of Globalists. But who was the first recipient?
22) Count Richard von Coudenhove-Kalergi was a Austrian-Japanese politician and philosopher. He is considered to be the father of the Pan-European Union, which was a precursor of the European Union.
23) Coudenhove-Kalergi's entire philosophy was based around his idea that nationalities, individual cultures, languages, and races should be amalgamated into one homogenous entity. This idea requires the concept of mass immigration in order to exist.
24) Is it any wonder why Merkel, Macron, Clinton, Blair, Rompuy, Junker, Popes Francis & John Paul II, Kissinger, and the Euro have been awarded this "prize"? Just look at what mass immigration has done to France, Germany and Great Britain.
25) This leads us directly into the UN Migration Compact and the policies it promotes.
- Mass immigration
- Open borders
- Media control
- "Sustainable Development"
The Compact is available online and it's strongly recommended that everyone read it.
26) Canada's immigration policies are being modelled after the ideas and policies that are outlined in the Migrant Compact. opencanada.org/features/bring…
27) The Migrant Compact goes hand in hand with the UN Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development. This is the framework for a global system of management for all aspects of human activity on Earth: A universal version of the European Union.
28) This is an evolution of the UN Agenda 21. James Corbett of The Corbett Report interviewed Rosa Koire about Agenda 21.
29) The Corbett Report also did an excellent video on Sustainable Development.
30) The Sustainable Development policies go hand in hand with the Green Movement, which was largely started and developed by Canadian businessman Maurice Strong.
31) A quote from Strong:
"The rich countries won't do it. They won't change. So, in order to save the planet, the group decides: Isn't the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilizations collapse? Isn't it our responsibility to bring that about?" - Strong, 1992
32) Here's another:
"It is simply not feasible for sovereignty to be exercised unilaterally by individual nation-states, however powerful. It is a principle which will yield only slowly and reluctantly to the imperatives of global environmental cooperation." - Strong 1992
33) What is the Green Movement REALLY about? We're told it's all about environmental stewardship. But is that really true? Let's ask Ottmar Edenhofer of the International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).
34) This facet of the Green Movement is being reported, but not from the MSM outlets, which are globally controlled by a very small group of individuals who share the same philosophy. To find this information, one must look just outside the mainstream. google.ca/amp/s/www.nati…
35) Paris Accord co-author, Christiana Figueres, has said some very troubling things about the agreement. Here, she states that is will be legally binding and that it will cost $1Trillion annually to fund.
36) Rob Vos (Department of Economic and Social Affairs) said in a report from the World Economic & Social Survey that, "...it is time to look for other ways to find resources to finance development needs and address growing global challenges, such as combating climate change."
37) Vos continues, “Such taxes also make economic sense, as they help stimulate green growth and mitigate financial market instability. In short, such new financing mechanisms will help donor countries overcome their record of broken promises to benefit the world at large.”
38) On the site for the 2017 WESS report, it specifically says that the goal of WESS is the "...implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development."
39) Trudeau and McKenna have been trying to sell Canadians the idea that a carbon tax is required to help lower CO2 emissions, which they state is the main cause of the "climate emergency".
40) The Liberal and Conservative governments have given away $3.85B taxpayer dollars in recent years to "fight climate change in other countries". google.ca/amp/s/www.cbc.…
41) Let's revisit Christiana Figueres for another minute and look at a few quotes. Here, she talks about ending capitalism, how democracy is "very detrimental" to the process, and Communist China is "doing it right". More on the legally binding aspects of these treaties.
42) One last word from Figueres on Communism.
43) Who else do we know who has recently praised Communist China?
44) It certainly does seem that they are trying to create a lot of panic about this so-called "climate emergency", doesn't it? Greta Thunberg is the world's new leading activist for climate alarmism, along with others like Al Gore.
45) She is rallying other kids around the world to get behind this movement. So is former CBC contributer David Suzuki.
46) It seems that manipulating children is a very popular and important tactic for these people.
47) Let's dig a little bit deeper. It's clear that the UN has been active in manipulating children on a global scale for quite some time.
48) Climate alarmism isn't the only thing that UNESCO has been teaching our children. Here's a link to their report for the Guidelines For Effective Sexual Education. But I digress.
unesdoc.unesco.org/ark:/48223/pf0…
49) The UN's tentacles are far reaching. Most cities and a rural communities are members of the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI). It's the ground floor level for implementing Sustainable Development. Is yours a member? iclei.org/en/members.html
50) Many of the cities that are key members are the ones declaring local "climate emergencies". google.ca/amp/s/globalne…
51) Let's run through some other important information about voting blocs among the UN member states.
52) The UN is represented by 193 countries. The only two sovereign states which are not recognized are Palestine and the Vatican.
53) Of these 193 countries, there is a voting bloc of 125 countries which make up a clear majority when voting on policies and agendas.
54) The Non Aligned Movement was created in 1961 and was neither for or against Eastern or Western blocs during the Cold War. There is not one western nation in the group, which may explain how it’s possible to have Saudi Arabia chair the human rights commission, for example.
55) It also includes another bloc which is made up of 56 + 1 member states and is called the OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation). Their stated motto is to "safeguard and protect the interests of the Muslim world in the spirit of promoting international peace and harmony".
56) Needless to say, this bloc has an enormous amount of control when it comes to voting within the UN. They have been exerting more and more control over the UN itself since 1967.
57) There are many large non-governmental organizations which are considered branches of the United Nations. Many will probably be familiar to most people. Many others will not be.
58) The World Health Organization is a specialized agency of the United Nations that is concerned with international public health. It was established on April 7th 1948, and is headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.
59) The World Bank was created in 1944 out of the Bretton Woods agreement, which was secured under the auspices of the United Nations in the latter days of World War II because many European and Asian countries were going to need financing to fund post-war reconstruction efforts.
60) UNESCO's mission is to contribute to the building of peace, the eradication of poverty, sustainable development and intercultural dialogue through education, the sciences, culture, communication and information. It focuses on two global priorities: Africa. Gender equality.
61) The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is an organization of 189 countries, working to foster global monetary cooperation, secure financial stability, facilitate international trade, promote high employment and sustainable economic growth, and reduce poverty around the world.
62) The International Labour Organization (ILO) is a specialized agency of the United Nations (UN) dedicated to improving labour conditions and living standards throughout the world.
63) The Food and Agriculture Organization is a specialized agency of the UN that leads international efforts to defeat hunger. Serving both developed and developing countries, FAO acts as a neutral forum where all nations meet as equals to negotiate arguments and debate policy.
64) The International Atomic Energy Agency is an international organization that seeks to promote the peaceful use of nuclear energy and to inhibit its use for any military purpose, including nuclear weapons. The IAEA was established as an autonomous organisation on 29 July 1957.
65) UNICEF works in over 190 countries and territories to save children’s lives, to defend their rights, and to help them fulfil their potential, from early childhood through adolescence. And we never give up.
66) These are the main affiliates. There are many others that you can look into, however, I'll leave them up to your curiosity. Of course, these affiliates do many good things around the world and it's not my intention to paint them all as nefarious entities.
67) The UN is also equipped with its well known Peacekeeping forces, as well as their Army, Air Force, and Navy.
68) Although they are widely perceived as being a force for good and the guardians of peace, the UN Forces have done more than their share of horrific activities. justsecurity.org/59682/unchangi…
69) There have been widespread reports of rape and murder at the hands of UN forces going back decades. whistleblower.org/in-the-news/bl…
70) The UN has even been involved in systematic child sex trafficking. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Child_sex…
71) It seems that the Peacekeepers aren't always able to keep the peace. google.ca/amp/s/amp.theg…
72) When taken altogether, the human rights abuses, the Socialist/Communist roots and sympathizers, the Islamist agendas of the OIC, climate alarmism, and Agenda 2030, does Canada really want to become more involved in the UN? google.ca/amp/s/www.theg…
73) What's the next step?
74) Of course, this thread could be hundreds of entries long. We didn't even touch on things like the "Prayer Room" at the UN Headquarters, or the others who helped get the Headquarters off the ground.
75) Canadians have a choice to make. Are we the True North Strong and Free? Or are we global citizens under the UN?
76) I know who deserves MY vote! #PPC2019 🍁
Please excuse the spelling errors. After 9 straight hours, my eyes were tired. 🍁
