X : How many people use your form of mapping?
Me : No idea. However, we've got over 600 people coming to Map Camp in London, travelling from all over the world. So, I'd roughly guess the figure is 5,000 to 10,000 or so?

X : So 10x what is coming to Map Camp.
Me : Seems plausible.
X : It could be a lot more.
Me : That seems plausible as well. It could also be a lot less. Honest answer is ... I don't know. Welcome to the wonderful world of being open.

X : Can anyone create a Map Camp?
Me : Others already have. Just get some people together that are interested in mapping and share your experiences. Job done. A new Map Camp is born.

X : Your book is creative commons.
Me : Yes, the content on the medium site is creative commons

X : Aren't you concerned someone might take it and create a book?
Me : I'm so concerned that I actively encourage people to do this. Others already have.

X : How do you make money then?
Me : By taking a very small piece of an ever expanding pie.
X : Royalties?
Me : Nope. All creative commons. I teach a few and in the future I'll sell a few gameplays that I keep to myself. Think of me as your friendly arms dealer in strategy.

X : You could make more money by ...
Me : ... by having all of a very small pie. What's the fun in that? I like seeing people get better at playing games with companies. I find it fascinating.
X : But ...
Me : ... more money again? I'm not motivated that way.
