People have been asking for the transactions that we did to clear and settle the $20 million bond on the Ethereum mainnet.
Investor Wallet: etherscan.io/address/0xe081…

1) Here you can see the tokenized cash (SUSD) that the investor received after transferring the real cash to the custody account
2) The SUSD tokens are then exchanged for bond tokens (100 units @ $200,000 per unit)
Issuer Wallet: etherscan.io/address/0x1295…

1) Here you can see the tokenized cash (SUSD) that the issuer received following the investment
2) The SUSD tokens are then redeemed for the real cash from the custody account
Other smart contracts were used too - a whitelisting smart contract allowing only entities properly KYC'd and onboarded to hold tokens (bonds or cash) and an exchange contract that acted as the escrow until the Issuer accepted the transaction triggering the atomic DvP.

Following our recent Ethereum-based bond issuance I have some general observations about security tokens and blockchains:
It is certainly possible to use a public blockchain for issuing a mainstream security
The security itself still exists as an off-chain legal document that is essentially a set of rights and obligations to certain assets and/or cash flows

Here is news of a milestone in the project to integrate @LivepeerOrg with @AragonProject.

An Aragon DAO on #Ethereum mainnet delegated Livepeer Tokens to a Transcoder in Livepeer's network.

This will provide the DAO with a share of income to the network.

How it worked:

- A vote was proposed, for an @AragonProject DAO to "Approve and Bond" $LPT to a @LivepeerOrg Transcoder

- The DAO voted "Yes"

- $LPT were automatically delegated to the Transcoder

The Livepeer App is also capable of governing the operations of a Transcoder in @LivepeerOrg's network, allowing the configuration of the Reward Cut, Fee Share, Price Per Segment and ServiceURI.

To sum up the partnership deal between Sony and Microsoft, both parties are interested in exploring research together to support their respective game and content-streaming services. Sony and Microsoft will also explore collaboration in the areas of semiconductors and AI.
On its face, this deal makes complete sense because almost every gaming platform is focussing on the future of streaming games from the cloud. But we did a little digging and Sony seems to have more in mind for Azure… But first we have to go back

Companies building on @AugurProject are making the same mistakes they made when building on 0x. Short term greed as opposed to long. The only one that isn’t that I’ve seen is @guesserio. And I’m not an investor in any of them atm, so this is my own viewpoint #Ethereum #Augur
Context: Veil forked Augur and released an AugurLite today with all of the main benefits of Augur removed (it enables stuff Gnosis could do 3 years ago, side note idk why they didn’t just use Gnosis). So I’m also speaking as the largest contributor/core dev to AugurLite ;)
Augur has a few value propositions: no limit, low fees, global liquidity, and being trustless is an important component of enabling that. Companies like Veil compromise on all 3. Choosing from multiple centralized oracles is like saying choosing from multiple banks is == bitcoin

#Ethereum is about to undergo the #Thirdening - a reduction in issuance of new $ETH to miners from 3 ETH/block to 2 ETH/block, or a reduction of 33%. It will happen at block 7,080,000 as part of the Constantinople hard fork, which is estimated to be January 16th.
That's a bit like the US Federal Reserve saying, "we're about to reduce the number of new dollars we print next year by 33%." This is one step along the way to #Ethereum's eventual plan to have <1% annual issuance, as Proof of Stake and Serenity roll out. #Thirdening
When an asset's supply goes down (fewer miners selling newly-mined $ETH), assuming demand is the same (or higher), prices trend up. This is obvious when looking at $BTC price mapped against the #halvening, a similar event in $BTC where block reward halves, next one is May 2020.

1/ After examining #Substratum's #BCH and #LTC crowdsale wallets and finding major discrepancies, I decided to take a look at the #ETH wallet. For reference, Substratum reported 17,778.25 ETH were collected during the ICO process.

2/ After compiling all of #Substratum's crowdsale wallet into a spreadsheet, I identified the tx below as the first crowdsale participant who received 55,000 #SUB in exchange for 10.1 #ETH.

3/ Similarly, I was able to identify the address below as the last participant in the ICO. This wallet received a whopping 122,202 #SUB in exchange for 12.220246405 #ETH. Why this wallet received ~10,000 SUB/ETH? I don't know.

سلسلة ال #بلوكتشين تبدأ بلوك يسمى #genesis. كل بلوك يتكون (عادة) من الأتي: إشارة مرجعيه للبلوك السابق, إثبات صحة البلوك #nonce, تاريخ ووقت انشاء البلوك #timestamp , ,وجذر الهيكل شجري لجميع العمليات المحتواه داخل البلوك Merkle tree root.
