JPMorgan bank execs charged with racketeering to manipulate precious metals markets for at least 8 years!!!

Dang, when DOJ starts referring to a major trading desk as the corrupt enterprise, it is getting deep into the banks operations!
Interestingly, this case was indicted under seal in the Northern District of Illinois, not in NYC...

This racketeering activity began in May 2008 until August 2016.

Why were the corruptocrats so desperate to get Hillary elected in 2016? It wasn't about Trump but stopping these investigations!
A few month ago, one of the traders involved in the scheme had DOJ announce his resignation from JPMorgan & his guilty plea at the same time. Which means he flipped before he left this bunch of racketeers.

In addition, in June of 2019 Merrill Lynch & Bank of America also agreed to flip on their executives & hand over the #receipts for dirty trades from 2008-2014!
This investigation like many of the others into banks manipulating markets for fun & profit, started in 2014-15 timeframe, as the FBI began to flip banks & gain their cooperation against the crooked networks within them.

Notice it says foreign entity, not foreign country & the crime in question happened in 2015. The person who reportedly flipped on him 6-7 months ago, flipped to American authorities.
His access to agents included Russia, drug dealers & cyber threat networks.
What if the person the US flipped was involved in opposition research in 2015?
I think this arrest happening the same week that we learned the identity of Brennan’s source in the Kremlin is not a coincidence.

Google hit with $1.1B fine for off-shoring fraud. Google had employees in Ireland sign contracts for work in France to evade taxes for doing business in France. reuters.com/article/us-fra…
France raided Googles offices in 2016 to get the receipts. This precedent will also impact a bunch of other tech companies who played similar games.

Shuffling cash around to tax havens to minimize what they were paying in taxes, while supporting politicians who want more taxes.
Microsoft recently plead guilty to paying bribes in Hungary for government licensing agreements. They were also shifting their contract signing to Ireland, likely it allowed the same tax evasion.
So I would guess they are in the crosshairs in France too!

1) Sealed indictments?

By now there's a very good chance some have been filed as a safety valve to protect against any illegal firing of Mueller.

A sealed indictment survives the prosecutor who files it, if he's fired.

It could be amended (in theory) from time to time.

2) RICO or racketeering conspiracy charges?

Seems pretty likely to me. @TheDemocrats outlined what such a proposition would look like in their federal lawsuit.

I predicted a RICO indictment by Mueller in #TrumpRussia in October.

But there's more RICO possibility than just that
