Some are just due to;
- Wearing tight and or poorly dried underwear
- Pregnancy
- Antibiotic abuse
- Uncontrolled diabetes
- Oral contraceptives use
- Low immunity
E.g: Vaginal Candidiasis.
To your pant add a touch of Sunshine
Itching and irritation in the vagina and vulva
A burning sensation, esp during intercourse or while urinating
Redness and swelling of the vulva
Vaginal pain/soreness and rash
Thick, white, odor-free vaginal discharge with a cheese appearance
Watery vaginal discharge.
Avoid;
-Tight-fitting pantyhose
-Douching, which removes some of the normal bacteria in the vagina that protect you from infection
-Scented feminine products, including bubble bath, pads and tampons
-Hot tubs and very hot baths

-Staying in wet clothes, E.g; swimsuits and workout attire, for long periods of time.
- Sun your under wear, or alternatively air dry and iron your pants to kill off smell and fungi.
- DO NOT SELF MEDICATE
-To educate you.
-To make you realize there’s no shame in talking to your doctor about an infection.
-To make you stop shaming women who you know have or had an infection. It always doesn’t mean they are promiscuous or you’re better.
