5/ And allowing the Trump posse dumbitatus to seize on this scandal and spin it as no big deal - oh, and also BIDEN IS AN INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL WHO MUST BE LOCKED UP!! - is an abdication of Democrtats' jobs as a check on the executive branch. Democrats have to react and act...
6/ ...with the same foaming-at-the-mouth, scorched-earth fervor that Trump's GOP lackeys use at literally every turn. There is no time to be chill and assume democracy will hold. You can already see the Fox News crowd taking over the narrative on #WhistleblowerGate.
