1. The judge has some tools to punish Trump for blowing off her order to sit for a depo. She can hold him in default and have the trial on damages only with the jury told that Trump has admitted liability. A negative inference instruction can also be a less serious sanction.
2. That would have the judge tell the jury they can take a negative inference from Trump not sitting for the depo and that can include that his is liable. I think she should default him. Anyone have the case caption? I wonder if they have punitive damage claim?
3. Imagine if Trump got hit with a billion dollar judgment? Stayed for only 14 days? Yahoo! Start grabbing his bank accounts. Force him into another Bankruptcy.
