The Charlatan's actions also ask difficult questions of the Queen. If HM rubber stamps unlawful prorogations she no longer has a function as notional Head of State. If HM does not, she is drawn into political controversy. Unfortunate that she should be confronted by this choice.
This was entirely predictable. I wrote this piece yesterday - predicting exactly this - and published it today. Fortunately @HelenMountfield's Opinion, embedded within, shows how The Charlatan can be removed as PM even during a prorogation. MPs must act: it is as simple as that.
