All right, I'd like to cover this Frontier event similar to the Renaissance, with slightly shorter chapter summaries.

Here's the thread for Sailor's Call: This chance won't happen twice!
The event starts with the Frontier gang having just watched Sailor's Call, a famous musical about romance and adventure with two sailors known as Noah and Marion. Frontier has been asked to put on the play for a nationally known Port Festival (I guess this is a thing in Japan).
Their teacher apparently selected their roles for them, so Shizuha will be Marion, the sailor looking to reunite with Port, the long-lost first love played by Tsukasa. Tsukasa admits she wanted to play the role of Marion, but...
Shizuha agrees with their teacher and says that Tsukasa is a perfect fit playing the role of a socialite who also hides her loneliness...
Meanwhile, Misora and Aruru will be playing Cocoa and Milk. Cocoa is a cafe owner who falls in love with Lalafin's Noah, while Milk is a waitress who works there and becomes quite taken by Shizuha's Marion.
Lalafin plays Noah, Marion's subordinate but also best friend. Noah helps Marion try to search for Port because that's what best friends do. 😎👌
With that settled, the gang moves to the lesson room, where they start going through the script to practice their lines and roles.
Lalafin and Shizuha discuss the port town they're arriving at, and Shizuha's character Marion knows the town, having lived there before. She offers to show Lalafin around town, but would also like to take care of the small business of tracking down her first love...
Lalafin's Noah is shocked and says that sort of thing definitely isn't small business! Shizuha's Marion suggests they stop at a cafe near the port, since that's a place she used to hang out at often with her ladyfriend, and maybe the folks there would know her whereabouts...
Misora and Aruru's characters have some light bickering about romance and sailors at the Cafe, until Lalafin and Shizuha's characters walk in and Misora and Aruru are instantly taken by these two major hotties and throw themselves at them 😹😹👌
There's a lot of quite hilarious romantic back-and-forth between Misora, Lalafin, Aruru, and Shizuha, but Shizuha's character realizes the sticky situation she's walked into, as well as how time is short, so she excuses herself and hurries on out with Noah in tow. 😹👌 /chapter 1
Chapter 2 begins with Tsukasa, Misora, and Aruru discussing their practice performance when Lalafin and Shizuha walk in wearing their costumes. The gang gives them lots of praise for the look, and then Lalafin and Shizuha decide to do dance practice to see how the costumes feel.
The dance they perform is a somewhat slapstick piece, with the sailors walking funny on land after being at sea for so long. Misora and Aruru have lots of praise for their performance, and then Shizuha suggests they continue with their script reading.
Now we get to see some of Tsukasa's performance as Port, the love interest. She stares forlornly out to sea on a beautiful day, thinking of how it reminds her of a departure day in the past, and she wonders where a certain someone might be out on the open sea...
Aruru loves this performance and makes her hilarious praise-face again:
Tsukasa appreciates the compliments and talks about how she has to bring some ingenuity to the role, since Port has a lot of solo speaking parts and can't really play off the other characters.
Next, it's time for a meal after practice. Misora mentions that the passionate dancing required of Cocoa's character has whipped up her appetite. Lalafin observes that the 4 pork cutlets in Misora's bowl must really mean she's starving.
However, Aruru mentions that 4 cutlets is far too few for a hungry Misora. While she wonders if Misora is worried about something, Tsukasa wonders if even 2 pork cutlets is already too much 😹👌
It turns out that Misora is indeed a bit worried, however. She admits she's been mulling over what it is that's different between her and Tsukasa-senpai...
Lalafin and Aruru go full galaxy brain on their answers:

Aruru: "Differences between Misora and Tsukasa-chan? Uh, first of all, your hair?"

Lalafin: "Your height, and the way you wear your uniforms are totally different, right?"
But Misora is speaking more of the acting spirit, and not just appearances. For this play, Tsukasa was the first one out of all of them to win her role, and Misora wonders why that's the case. Shizuha agrees, mentioning that the role of Port is likely the most difficult one.
There's some talk on the nature of Port's role. She's a fairly inconspicuous part, with few speaking lines, no slapstick parts, and no dancing. And yet, by the time the final scene comes, and she reunites with Marion, the audience needs to fall in love with the character as well.
Tsukasa is a bit embarrassed by all this praise, and Aruru asks her how she put together this performance. It turns out Tsukasa saw a live performance of Sailor's Call while overseas with her family when she was a young child, and it sparked a real interest in the story.
Even though the performance she originally saw was in English, she was still able to feel the emotion and story through the actress's tone and body language, and so she's carried that forward into her own understanding and performance of the character.
Misora mentions that she's super jealous that Tsukasa got to see the play live. Lalafin talks about how she'd love to see it live, too, to better understand and play the character of Noah, but alas, the play is only overseas so it's currently impossible.
However, as a nice compromise, Misora suggests they all go check out the outdoor stage at the harbor where they'll be performing for the festival, so they decide they'll all go there together to check it out on their next day off. 😺✌ /chapter 2
Chapter 3 starts on the weekend, when the gang is getting ready to depart for their day trip to the harbor where they'll be putting on their play for the festival. Today's outing will be more to scope out the venue prior to the real deal.
They spend some time walking down the street and then arrive a bit early at the train station, where they discuss whether they should buy some station bento for lunch on the way there. (Shout-out to Tsukasa's absolutely fabulous hat for this outing 😹👌)
Aruru excitedly announces that she's cooked some sweets for all of them, too, but unfortunately they don't seem quite thrilled at this prospect 😹👏
However, Misora comes to Aruru's defense and says she made sure Aruru followed the recipe, and Misora even checked and taste-tested everything, so it should definitely be edible. 😹🙏
Aruru admits that originally she wanted to go along with the whole ocean theme, so she was planning to put in things like sardines and seaweed, but she was stopped by Misora 😹🙏
Finally they arrive at the outdoor stage, which is pretty neat. It's huge, and the gang is pretty excited to put on a play in this kind of venue.
Even on a regular weekend there's tons of people around, so on the festival, which is a premier event for the city, there could be tens of thousands of people in attendance. Even if the stage venue can't quite fit that many, it'll still be one of the largest audiences they've had
Aruru practically launches into outer space with excitement over this. She proposes they practice their play right here and now. Shizuha mentions they won't be able to actually go onstage to practice, but Lalafin thinks it's fine; the atmosphere and location are enough.
Before they can discuss further, Aruru launches into her character and practically shouts at the top of her lungs:

"Aah, wait! Wait, please, Marion-sama! How about going on a date with me, pleaaaaase!"
Aruru's character, screaming, chases after Shizuha's, and meanwhile Lalafin slips into character and wonders how to elude Misora's highly thirsty cafe owner character.

"That person is faster than I expected, the next time I'm found I'm not sure I'll be able to escape--!"
Suddenly Lalafin bumps into Tsukasa's character, who wonders why Lalafin is in such a hurry. She jokes that Lalafin must've done something wrong, and Lalafin admits she's running from a thirsty gal who fell in love at first sight. Tsukasa jokes that Lalafin is quite the criminal.
However, Tsukasa's character offers to be her partner in crime, so while Lalafin hides, Tsukasa throws Misora's character off the scent.
Misora plays quite the impeccably hungry young lass on the hunt for that hot sailor booty 😹👌
However, while Tsukasa's character is throwing off Misora's, we see a little more into the lovelorn heart of Port, who says that the sailor she saw reminds her of her first love, an important person who lives on in her heart and who she wishes to see again, even if it's just once
Misora runs off and Lalafin comes out of hiding, and she catches on that Tsukasa's character wasn't really acting, that maybe there's a sailor out there who she can help Tsukasa find. Tsukasa refuses, saying poetically that this is a port town, a place where people come and go...
Port excuses herself and mentions she'll be at the theater, in case Lalafin's character Noah wants to meet up for cocktails later.
Before they can continue practicing, suddenly a bunch of people start clapping, and it turns out the event staff and nearby sightseers were watching them rehearse. Shizuha takes the opportunity to advertise the fact that they'll be doing the full play during the festival.
After is all is said and done, the gang heads home for the day, and Lalafin muses that 24 hours in a day just isn't enough to see and do everything. She resolves to spend tomorrow like Marion and Noah, not wasting even a minute, to see what it's like! /chapter 3
Chapter 4 centers on Lalafin's Consciousness Sunday, where she tries her best to let not even a second go to waste, just like Marion and Noah in the play. She makes a schedule for the day and even forgoes her favorite Sunday-morning anime so she can make use of all her time.
In the common area, she meets Misora, who usually goes on a morning jog with Aruru. Today, in the name of research, Lalafin is going to join them, but not before she shows off her carefully crafted timetable for the day to Shizuha, who declares she'll also do something similar.
While out jogging, Lalafin compliments Aruru's ability to keep pace with her and Misora. Misora admits that Aruru's been working hard on improving her physical strength to keep up, which sends Aruru into a bit of a blush. 😹🙏
Lalafin is inspired by Aruru's drive to improve, but suddenly the trio sees some fruit rolling down a hill; an old lady has apparently dropped her produce, so Misora and Aruru jump in to help. Lalafin wants to help, too, but Misora urges her to keep to her schedule instead.
Set at ease by her friends, Lalafin runs off to her next carefully scheduled task in what looks suspiciously like memoir art. She resolves to not let any time go to waste on this day, just like Noah and Marion in their search for Port!
Next, we see Lalafin back at the dorm at the end of the day, exhausted. Shizuha arrives and offers some warm milk. Lalafin asks how her day went, and Shizuha admits she wasn't able to keep to such a tight schedule after all, and living that way all the time would be exhausting.
They discuss the merits of taking things easy, and then Shizuha flips on the TV. It's the anime that Lalafin missed in the morning due to her jog. She's shocked Shizuha noticed and recorded it, but Shizuha reminds her they watch it together all the time, so it's natural she did.
They spend time watching the show together, and then Lalafin falls asleep next to Shizuha. Tsukasa walks in and is surprised. Shizuha explains that Lalafin had a long day, with the whole 'not a second wasted' deal, and Tsukasa is a bit amused at this.
Like two Frontier Moms, Shizuha gently admonishes Lalafin for falling asleep out in the living room, saying she'll catch a cold, and Tsukasa offers to take a very sleepy Lalafin back to her room. 😹🙏
/chapter 4
The final Chapter of Sailor's Call (there's only 5 chapters in this story) begins with Frontier actually putting on their play for the Port Festival. Marion and Noah decide they can't spend their entire shore leave running from Cocoa and Milk's thirst, so they try to talk.
To Marion and Noah's surprise, Cocoa and Milk didn't realize they were getting in the way of a perfect love story, so Misora's and Aruru's characters decide to help look for Port.
Being knowledgeable about the port town thanks to their cafe, Cocoa and Milk ask questions about Marion's lost love, including her name, but it turns out they've never really heard of anyone called Port. Still, it's possible her name has changed in the intervening years...
They ask about her special qualities instead, and Marion waxes poetic about Port being just like her namesake, an open harbor that knows well the sadness of parting...
That suddenly jogs Noah's memory, and she exclaims that she's seen a person just like that--kind, a bit mischievous and mysterious, and, while laughing, appearing rather lonely...
Marion, desperate, asks Noah to remember more, and Noah recalls a line about, "if you have a chance, at the stage and in the audience...", to which Cocoa and Milk reply that it must mean the nearby dancers' stage open theater. They hurry over.
Noah points out the dancer on the far right, and it's no mistake. Blushing, hardly believing it, Marion murmurs that it's indeed Port...
Having caught a glimpse, Marion announces that's enough and makes to leave, which puts Noah, Cocoa, and Milk into shock. They ask why, and Marion says,

"'For a Sailor's life, we know not what comes tomorrow'--so, just being able to catch a single glimpse like this is enough."
This makes Noah angry.

"You have the bravery to embark on a sea voyage with uncertain life or death, but you don't have the bravery to communicate your feelings to the person you love!?"
Marion: "It's not an issue of bravery. We sailors are away from land for a long time. If I were to convey my feelings, I'll be unable to be at her side...!"
Noah: "That's even more reason not to leave your thoughts on land, isn't it! Do it to swear that you'll come back to land again! Do it to return home to an important person!!"
Noah: "So, you have to change her sorrow into hope! It's not the sadness of parting, you have to tell her it's the joy of waiting for a return!!"
(This just keeps getting gayer 😹🙏)

Marion worries that Port won't even remember her, but Noah claims otherwise.

Noah: "She remembers! She definitely remembers!! You are inside of Port! Just like Port is inside of you!"
Before Marion can say anything further, Noah drags her over to the stage to come face-to-face with Port, who remembers Marion right away, saying she's turned into a splendid person and Port almost didn't recognize her.
Marion is shocked Port remembers her, but Port admits,
"I tried many times to throw away my thoughts of you, but I couldn't. I cut my hair, I changed my clothes, I threw away my name...but even then, you wouldn't vanish from my heart."
Port: "I've wanted to meet you, Marion. Ever since the day you left town, always, always."
Marion admits she left that day being unable to convey her feelings, since the unpredictable life of a sailor meant she might be unable to keep a promise. But no more. She decides to make a promise with Port, that when she returns to the city they'll be sure to meet again.
Port accepts.
"For 24 hours, for any amount of time.... with impatient thoughts, I'll be waiting for you."
Finally, Marion can depart on this next voyage with no regrets or unsaid thoughts.

"For the sake of returning to my beloved person again, I take to the seas. No matter what happens, without ever giving up...!"
After a successful day the the festival, the gang heads home, talking about how, like the sailors, they made good use of their day, and how, like sailors out at sea, on the stage their scenery is ever-changing and their "now" is the only thing that's certain.
And that's a wrap for "Sailor's Call: This chance won't happen twice!" I hope you enjoyed the story! It definitely gave me an appreciation for this Aruru face... 😆
