So, Giuliani applies pressure...

May 11: Giuliani goes on national TV to say trip cancelled, because Zelensky is "surrounded by people who are enemies of the president."

5. So, in the July 25 phone call, when Zelensky introduces the idea of meeting Giuliani. ... that should be understood in the context of the full timeline, and Giuliani's earlier tactics.
