@ANZUPtrials @anzupartners @EORTC_QLG Graphs below show effects of adding enzalutamide vs conventional NSAA on #HRQOL and deterioration‐free survival @ANZUPTrials #ENZAMET #PCSM; global #HRQOL & Global health was not impaired by treatment, although #fatigue #CognitiveFunction #PhysicalFunction were more impaired 4/5

@ANZUPtrials @anzupartners @EORTC_QLG So far what we know is adding #ENZA:
- maintained global health & global HRQL
- improved deterioration-free survival because early impairments in specific aspects of #HRQOL were insufficient to outweigh benefits of delayed clinical progression
